Jellibet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

By accessing, registering on, or using the Jellibet platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jellibet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, make a deposit, or use any of the products offered on Jellibet. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To create a Jellibet account and use the platform's real-money products, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a hard legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations, and Jellibet enforces it strictly.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or be physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets. Jellibet does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Jellibet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded from Jellibet or any partner gaming platform.

Jellibet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation to confirm your identity and eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

Each individual may hold only one Jellibet account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email, device, payment method, household address, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Jellibet will close all but the oldest verified account and may void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your Jellibet account. This includes:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Ensuring that no one else accesses your account. Jellibet will treat all activity on your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of unauthorised access.
• Using a strong, unique password for your Jellibet account and updating it regularly.
• Contacting Jellibet support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Jellibet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Jellibet account or any balance, bonus credits, or rewards associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to transfer or trade an account constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

Jellibet processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Most deposit methods are credited instantly or within a few seconds.
• Jellibet does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with them directly.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account owned and verified in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be refunded, with the account subject to review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account that matches the verified name on your Jellibet account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Jellibet does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside Jellibet's control.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. This is a one-time requirement per account.
• Jellibet reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have withdrawals held pending investigation.

All sports bets placed on Jellibet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Jellibet system and appears in your bet history. A bet slip displayed on screen is not a confirmed bet until you receive a confirmation reference number.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Jellibet may adjust maximum limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds changes: Odds are not guaranteed at the time you view them. If odds change before you confirm your bet, Jellibet will notify you of the new odds. You may accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void bets: Jellibet reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrectly published odds, or in cases where the result of an event is affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions (match fixing, abandonment, force majeure).
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at Jellibet's discretion. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension takes effect remain valid.
• Results: Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. Jellibet's decision on result settlement is final.
• Payout limits: Maximum payout per single event is ₱500,000. Maximum payout per parlay/accumulator bet is ₱2,000,000. Jellibet is not obligated to pay winnings above these limits.

Jellibet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each specific promotion will have its own additional terms published alongside the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Jellibet reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus offers at its discretion, including accounts showing signs of bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by that figure before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. The exact requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated time period (usually 7–30 days). Expired bonus balance is forfeited automatically.
• Qualifying bets: Not all bet types count equally toward wagering requirements. Certain markets, products, or odds ranges may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. These product-specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per account: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless Jellibet explicitly states otherwise. You cannot stack multiple bonus offers simultaneously.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: You may forfeit any active bonus at any time and withdraw your real-money balance, but forfeited bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse prevention: Jellibet monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, and collusion between players. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have winnings voided and the account suspended.

Jellibet's Tongits and Poker products, as well as all virtual sports offerings, are governed by these Terms in addition to the specific game rules published in each product section.

Card Games (Tongits and Poker):

• All card game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game results are final and cannot be challenged on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method to gain an unfair advantage over other players, including but not limited to: bots, collusion, chip dumping, or seat scripting. Violation of this rule results in immediate permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balance.
• Disconnection during a game: if a player is disconnected mid-hand, an automatic hand-completion mechanism will play out remaining actions according to default rules. Jellibet is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

Virtual Sports:

• Virtual sports events are computer-generated simulations powered by a certified RNG. Results are not influenced by real-world sporting events, and no betting strategy or analysis can guarantee a correct result.
• Bets on virtual sports must be placed before the event begins. No in-play betting is available on virtual sports.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a virtual sports event from completing normally, Jellibet will void all bets on the affected event and return stakes to players' accounts.

The Jellibet VIP Club is a loyalty program that rewards eligible active players with cashback, rebates, enhanced limits, priority customer support, and exclusive tournament access. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to the following:

• VIP tier progress is calculated based on qualifying real-money wager volumes over a rolling period. The exact qualifying criteria for each tier are published on the VIP Club page.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not maintain the minimum qualifying activity level may be moved to a lower tier at the next review cycle.
• VIP rewards — including cashback and rebates — are credited automatically to eligible accounts within the timeframe stated in the VIP Club terms. Manual claiming is not required.
• VIP benefits may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Jellibet platform.
• Jellibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club program or any individual player's VIP status at its discretion, including in cases where abuse of the program is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jellibet platform. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false personal information or using another person's identity to create or operate a Jellibet account.
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Jellibet platform in a manner not authorised by Jellibet.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other interactive product to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be voided.
• Money laundering, using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform in any way that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Abusing bonus offers through low-risk hedging, stake manipulation, or any pattern of play designed specifically to exploit promotional terms.
• Accessing Jellibet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other tool to mask your actual location.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate transactions, without first attempting to resolve the issue through Jellibet's support channels.

Jellibet may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity on your account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring us to do so.
• Your own request to close the account.

If your account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including bonus and real-money balance — may be forfeited. Jellibet will provide notice of suspension where legally required to do so and where it is operationally feasible to provide such notice without compromising an ongoing investigation.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact Jellibet support via live chat. Any pending bets will be settled normally; your remaining real-money balance (after any applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Jellibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms of problem gambling. Every account on Jellibet has access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased further (not increased) for 24 hours after being set.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you to the total time you've spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cool-off periods: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed early.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jellibet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by the player into their Jellibet account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jellibet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond Jellibet's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses resulting from the player's own negligence, including failure to maintain secure account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
• The accuracy of third-party information — including sports data feeds, scores, and statistics — used in the display of odds or results.

Jellibet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering on Jellibet, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Jellibet uses your data to: operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send you marketing communications. Jellibet may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, wherever possible.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Jellibet platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Jellibet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Jellibet operates under a valid gaming license issued by the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. All platform operations are subject to Philippine gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws (AMLA), and data privacy laws (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
